In 2020, Dongfang Special Steel will continue to tap the potential of ultra-low emission requirements in the steel industry, organize a number of increase and decrease projects throughout the year, increase ball production through the construction of solid waste ball making, and reduce the risk of 25,000 tons of dust removal ash and sludge throughout the year. Waste. The manufacturing costs of steel-making, steel-rolling, and pickling plants have continued to decline. Gas consumption per ton of steel and electricity consumption per ton of steel are decreasing year by year, and conversion costs have achieved the best in history. At the same time, in terms of production, independent research and development of a number of new production technologies such as hot-rolling on-line solid solution have effectively reduced product energy consumption, optimized and adjusted the industrial structure, and achieved significant benefits for green development throughout the year.
