On November 29, 2022, the Thailand Dumping and Subsidies Review Committee announced that it would make a positive final anti-dumping determination on cold rolled stainless steel sheet, coil and strip with a thickness of 0.3-3.0 mm and a width of 1320 mm or less originating in Indonesia and Malaysia, and decided to impose an anti-dumping duty on the products involved in the above countries for a period of five years on the basis of CIF, as follows:
Indonesian producer PT IMR ARC STEEL is 6.28%, PT Indonesia Ruipu Nickel and Chrome Alloy is 7.02%, other Indonesian manufacturers are 51.69%, Bahru Stainless SDN. BHD is 15.23%, and other Malaysian manufacturers are 35.25%.
The measures shall take effect from the day after the announcement.
