LY160 is a seismic steel plate with a lower yield strength. In the LY160 steel plate, the steel grades are arranged in order by the first English letter “LY” in the English “Low Yield” of low yield and the target value of the specified yield strength.
LY160 seismic steel chemical composition: C, Si, Mn, P, S, N, LY160≤0.05 ≤0.10 ≤0.50 ≤0.025 ≤0.015 ≤0.006
LY160 steel plate implementation standard: GB/T 28905-2012
LY160 seismic building structural steel flaw detection standard: first-level flaw detection, second-level flaw detection, and third-level flaw detection.
LY160 delivery status: delivered in normalized state, and additional requirements for flaw detection standards, flaw detection grade requirements, Z-direction performance requirements, and requirements for adding special alloying elements, etc.
LY160 seismic steel surface quality requirements:
1. The surface of LY160 anti-seismic steel plate is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, bubbles, scars, folds and inclusions that are harmful to use.
The steel plate shall not be delaminated. If there are any of the above defects, cleaning is allowed. The cleaning depth shall be calculated from the actual size of the steel plate, and shall not be greater than half of the thickness tolerance of the steel plate, and the minimum thickness of the steel plate shall be guaranteed. Defect cleaning should be smooth without edges and corners. Weld repairs are not allowed on steel plates.
2. Other defects are allowed, but the depth is calculated from the actual size of the steel plate, and shall not exceed half of the allowable thickness tolerance, and ensure that the thickness of the defect treatment site does not exceed the allowable minimum thickness of the steel plate.
