These oils penetrate the stainless steel surface, and over time, these oils become very difficult to wash stains. It takes a lot of money and effort to clean up.

Nano-coating can increase the anti-oil and anti-penetration performance of the surface of stainless steel metal, so that oily stains that are difficult to deal with are no longer a troublesome thing in metal processing.

The nano-solution is colorless and transparent, and looks like water. It is a low-viscosity liquid. Because of its low viscosity, it can operate on a very large area.

The other is to dry, and the temperature can be Set it between 100 degrees and 120 degrees, wait for 20 to 30 minutes, and then take out the dried material, and the nano-coating is ready.

The nano-coated stainless steel metal surface has hydrophobic, oleophobic, waterproof, oil-proof, and anti-penetration properties, which is a very powerful performance.

This performance can make oil stains and oil stains no longer penetrate into the interior of metal stainless steel. 

Take lubricating oil as an example, lubricating oil will form small oil droplets on the surface of stainless steel and will not penetrate into stainless steel. It is also because lubricating oil is impermeable, so It’s a lot easier to clean.

Let’s take a look at the particularly difficult silicone oil. Where there is no coating, the silicone oil penetrates into the stainless steel at once. 

After the nano coating is applied, the silicone oil will slowly slip off the surface of the stainless steel, and the stainless steel will no longer be polluted by the silicone oil. Oil stains damage. 

The stainless steel surface that has been nano-coated is very clean, and there is no trace of oil stains.

Nano-coating has strong anti-oil and anti-penetration ability, which can effectively prevent oil stains and oil stains from polluting the stainless steel surface.
